This course introduces the student to family counseling from a biblical perspective. The student will learn the fundamental biblical principles and strategies to help counsel and minister to the Christian family in this study. This course is NOT for licensed therapists, professional counselors, marriage counselors, and other credentialed providers.
It is a foundational program for lay counselors, pastors, and other Christian ministers and leaders seeking to encourage and support Christian families consisting of a couple, a couple with a child(ren), or a family structure consisting of a multigenerational household.
Upon completion of course, you will know the following:

· Differences Between Family Counseling and Family Life Coaching
· Counseling Families from a Biblical Perspective
· Why do Christians need Family Counseling from a Biblical Perspective?
· What a family counseling session looks like for Christian families
