Leadership Training Course

The Christian Leadership Training Course is a 8-9 months course program offerred through RMI. The course program is broken down into 3 terms and is designed to take the average learner approximately 9 months to complete. It can be taken 100% online self paced or in person where we have training partners/centers.

Who Should Take This Course?

- Anyone who feels a strong calling to serve and lead in their church community.

- Aspiring leaders i.e anyone desiring to take on leadership roles within their local church e.g lay ministers, Sunday school teachers, youth leaders or small group facilitators.

- Regular church congregants/members who are eager to serve in their communities for example, someone interested in starting a independent ministry to help homeless people, domestic violence victims etc.

- Anyone considering a transition or preparation for full time ministry work.

Upon completion of program, a specialized certificate of completion with our school's logo/stamp will be issued for this program. Please be aware that the digital certificate option in your student account will NOT be accepted for this specialized program.

Certificates will be issued by SOTS administration after successful submission of Course completion assignment to the training support team or to your regional trainer if you attend face to face learning in areas where we have training centers.
